The "Purple Finch" is a modern twist on the classic log cabin tiny house. Featuring an open concept floor plan with exposed ceiling beams, 1 x 12 tongue and groove walls, and a double glass slider entry that lets in tons of natural light. The home is 399 sq. ft. and has no loft which creates a vaulted ceiling over the bathroom and in the master bedroom.

The bathroom also features a designer basin sink with traditional flush toilet and shower.

The kitchen has high-end granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a custom spray faucet on the sink.

The outdoor upgrades around the home are unbeatable! The double slider opens onto a wrap around porch and breakfast bar. Painted cement board siding, a two-car gravel driveway, stairs, and landing are already installed! This home also features a second egress for easy conversion to a two bedroom home or access to the side yard.
