watcharapon srikun 3 месяца назад (изменено) man, I envy everyone in US, I lived in Thailand where there are "Zero" incentive for EV, + 150%++ import tax make this car cost as much as Porsche 911. The best environmental friendly commute option for me is to ride an elephant to work -_-'
  • DJ Blue
DJ Blue 3 месяца назад give it some time man tesla will move to global its a small auto company compared to others!
  • Channarith Mok
Channarith Mok 3 месяца назад Cambodia has zero incentive plus 250% import is car will cost more than 130000$. I am lucky that live in us, and I got it for only 49000$. Plus tax about 6.5%.

FutureNow EV’s and Solar Power 3 месяца назад watcharapon srikun sorry to hear that. Well we also have no more incentives to buy electric vehicles either. Thanks to trump they discontinued any incentives. Same thing in most of Canada. In Europe things are much better. The prices will go down because as they make more they will become less expensive. The batteries were the most expensive parts. They are mass producing them and the prices will drop. The technology is improving at the same time. So be patient and wait for improvements and better prices and hopefully everyone will be driving electric vehicles one day and we can breathe the air a lot better.

Holophonic 3 месяца назад An electric bike is the most efficient. Way better than an elephant.
  • AndySolo
AndySolo 3 месяца назад Elephants sound expensive to own/operate. Food costs alone would become prohibitive. Resale value is probably ok.

Bear Lemley 3 месяца назад (изменено) I’ve seen a couple of ultra wealthy driving import Tesla’s around BANGKOK. But even though I could afford a model S for my Family in the US, the Model 3 would be out of my price range. My only hope was that Elon would find out how difficult doing business with the Chinese will become before he made that commitment. Now that isn’t going to happen and my dream of him coming to Thailand and using the automotive workforce here that is already in place assembling Chevrolet’s, Fords, Honda, Toyota, Mercedes, BMW’s and DUCATI ! I guess he will learn the hard way. Interest that the largest BMW dealer in Bangkok also has the DUCATI dealership which is next to his largest BMW showroom. This owner used to Park his model S at the Ducati showroom and walk over to the BMW shop so his customers didn’t see what he was driving. LOL Watcharapon, it is a shame we cannot buy the safest car in the world for our families!

alexng4 2 месяца назад Not really, Elephant poop produces alot of amount of methane, a greenhouse gas 21 times more toxic than carbon dioxide. So please dont ride elephants to work if you care about global warming.
  • Karatos von magnificent
Karatos von magnificent 2 месяца назад I live in Thailand too, but I rarely see an elephants in Bangkok.
  • Go Pro
Go Pro 2 месяца назад Hahaha if you look at the electrical grid in Thailand (the spaghetti that’s above ground) then I understand why they ban EV’s
  • Aldy P
Aldy P 2 месяца назад I feel you. I'm from Indonesia. And I think both our country will have to wait for much longer to get affordable Teslas.
  • Bear Lemley
Bear Lemley 2 месяца назад Aldy P Indonesian imports are much cheaper that in Thailand. I work with a couple from Jakarta. They make less money than I do but are both driving Mercedes 300 series. Those are 135k (us) in Thailand.
  • Aldy P
Aldy P 2 месяца назад @Bear Lemley but that's in Jakarta. In Bali even Honda cars are not quite affordable for middle class people.
  • Poj Dia Vaj
Poj Dia Vaj 2 месяца назад Some years from now u can go to China and get a Tesla.
  • Mighty Ferret
Mighty Ferret 2 месяца назад (изменено) Im from mexico.... Same story here we build almost all the american shit and everything here is more expensive... A fucking honda fit costs almost 300,000 here with no leather screens and cameras lol while americans get it in like 23k while salaries here are like 1/10 of americans lol We get paid shit and electricity here would make it as expensive to own a tesla as to paying gas.... Did I mention gas here is 3 times more expensive than in the U.S??? God its really hard not to hate americans.... They can get a tesla by working on a burguer king worker salary if they lived with their parents or get an iphone x etc... Here you need to be a fucking millionare
  • Franze
Franze 2 месяца назад Lmao same here in the Philippines! Import tax makes expensive things more expensive! The best environmental friendly transportation here is the “trisikleta” or the “calesa” 🙃
  • Đan Mạnh Phạm Thái
Đan Mạnh Phạm Thái 2 месяца назад dear fellow South East Asian, I feel you too. Cars in Vietnam is always double priced compared to EU and US
  • blz69どりふとboiハウス
blz69どりふとboiハウス 2 месяца назад Cause i would definitely like a poorly engineered American car over a legendary, well engineered German automobile when they both cost the same...
  • Triod
Triod 2 месяца назад If I get to choose between a tesla ride and an elephant ride to go to work, i'd definitely have the elephant.
  • Gabriel Augusto Nascimento Soares
Gabriel Augusto Nascimento Soares 2 месяца назад Same here in Brazil. But our newly elected president seems to care a bit more about renewable energy, and our new ministers are far better than the previous ones, so I'm hoping for that to change!
  • Ben Crosbie
Ben Crosbie 2 месяца назад Same with ireland xD basic henhouse corollas around the place and crazy price insurances and plenty of tractors
  • Daniyar Akhmetov
Daniyar Akhmetov 2 месяца назад Same with Kazakhstan. We earn way less than Americans, but everything costs at least the same in USD. Add the outrageously high import taxes that benefit select few VIP. The common excuse for that is we have a "local car industry", i.e. semi-assembled modules are imported from Russia and South Korea and local workers just tighten bolts with screws.
  • VoyT
VoyT 2 месяца назад Lots of torque from an elephant, but the 0-60 is a bit on a slow side, maybe 0-6 in 60sec ;-] But seriously, Hyundai should have the TESLA beat in 2 years or so, if they just don't just buy it outright - Musk is more interested in his "Space dreams" and digging underground.
  • Symbolic Bass
Symbolic Bass 2 месяца назад watcharapon srikun Dont feel bad bro. In the Caribbean we have to be pay 82% on cars. It’s fucking bullshit.

Shadow 1118 2 месяца назад time to group up and kill your current government, America already did that in 1776
  • Michiel Van Kets
Michiel Van Kets 2 месяца назад what about the fact that those batteries are extremely toxic and poisonous for the environment? this while plants and algae consume co2, which means that co2 is good for the environment don't you care about the environment?
  • 王大锤
王大锤 2 месяца назад as a chinese ,i even envy that you could have an elephant to be instead of a electric car, comparing that i can only afford an bicycle!
  • Michiel Van Kets
Michiel Van Kets 2 месяца назад the problem with people like you is that you keep coming up with new words to try and make theft sound as a good thing; because with incentive you mean that the state should take other people's money under the threat of violence to pay for your shit; fuck off, you corrupt piece of shit that you are
